Ethiopian Industrial Inputs Development Enterprise(EIIDE) discussed the implementation of the strategic plan for the past two years and the next two-year plan, the draft of the marketing strategy of the organization, the challenges and solutions in resource supply, the draft manual for information technology policy of the enterprise.

At the end of the forum, the CEO of the enterprise, Mrs. Yeshimebet Negash, pointed out that the manuals presented, including the strategic plan of the organization, and the draft strategies and work guidelines prepared in the forum should be viewed and prepared as new, taking into account the existing conditions of the enterprise, and that they would facilitate a good compromise for the activities of the enterprise in the future. For the implementation of the manuals, the active participation of the managers and implementers of all the concerned departments is important, so they urged that the system be implemented quickly.
