The implementation of the ten-month plan of the central and western district offices of the Ethiopian Industrial Inputs Development Enterprise (EIIDE) and the 2024/25 corporate plan as well as the district and branch competition draft documents were held by the heads of the districts and branch offices in the presence of the top and middle managers and team leaders of the Enterprise from May 18-19/2024 in Adama city.

Ms. Yeshimebet Negash, CEO of the Enterprise pointed out that, by jointly evaluating the plan and execution of the plan with the participation of the relevant parties, the organization will make the tasks and responsibilities given by the government more effective.

During the two days of the forum, the implementation of the corporate 2023/24 fiscal year plan and the 2024/25 plan were presented by the director of strategic planning and evaluation Mr. Fetene Worku and the draft document of the district and branch competition standard by Mr. Demis, the company's Industrial inputs development expert.

A wide discussion was held on the submitted reports and documents, and CEO of the enterprise, Mrs. Yeshimebet Negash, finally gave direction on the activities that should be given attention in the future.
