Managers and experts of Ethiopian Industrial Inputs Development Enterprise(EIIDE) participated on training held at the African Leadership Excellence Academy

The training, which was attended by senior executives, directors, and team leaders of the EIIDE, was held at the African Leadership Excellence Academy from September 24-26, 2025. The three-day training included 50 participants. At the opening ceremony, the Vice President of the Training Center, Honorable Ms. Meset Desta, introduced the Academy and delivered a welcoming message. Ms. Yeshimbet Negash, CEO of EIIDE, conveyed her message, emphasizing that the main reason for the need to provide the training was to adopt and stay up-to-dated the current situation of the enterprise as well as the dynamic and changing business environment in the globalized world. Subsequently, an explanation of the work and activities of the Center of Excellence was given by Dr. Abebayehu, the coordinator of the training center, and Honorable Ato Zadig Abraha, the President of the Academy, provided extensive training in line with the mission and vision of the enterprise.
