It was stated during the performance review for the 2026/27 fiscal year—held by the Ethiopian Industrial Inputs Development Enterprise (EIIDE)—that the results achieved by the enterprise in the first quarter of 2026/27 iscal year, despite the challenges it faced, are encouraging and should be sustained and strengthened.

During the discussion , participats  stated that they have made significant efforts to consolidate and sustain the results achieved—results attained by overcoming the challenges they faced throughout the fiscal year.

Furthermore, it was agreed that the significant efforts made by the management—and the attention they have dedicated—toward resolving the challenges facing the enterprise should continue and be further strengthened.

At the conclusion of the review forum, Mr. Dawit Adane, the CEO of the enterprise, stated that the coordination demonstrated—aimed at strengthening ongoing efforts, ensuring the organization’s success, and overcoming existing challenges—must be sustained and further bolstered in the coming quarters. It was collectively agreed that the concerted effort of the entire workforce, including professionals as well as middle and senior management, is crucial for this success, and that the active participation of all must be strengthened moving forward.
