A two-day professional training to address operational gaps in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implemented by the Ethiopian Industrial Inputs Development Enterprise(EIIDE) is being provided to 110 sales, information technology and finance professionals of the enterprise at Adama Science and Technology University on March 08, 2026 in Adama city.
Opening the training, Mr Yonas Zeleke, the EIIDE's Deputy Chief Executive Officer, said that in recent years, the enterprise has been focusing on improving and enhancing its performance by implementing ERP system. He indicated that the training is expected to boosts employee productivity, reduces operational errors, and ensures faster, more efficient system adoption. Properly trained employees can navigate the new system, utilize its automation tools effectively, and provide better data accuracy and ultimately transforms a complex, unfamiliar tool into a key driver of business growth and user satisfaction
