The leaders and employees of EIIDE celebrated International Women's Day in Adama city on March 8, 2025, under the theme “Rapid and Sustainable Comprehensive Change through Women's Participation”.
Speaking at the event, EIIDE CEO, Ms. Yeshimebet Negash, noted that efforts are being made to effectively promote women's participation in the organization; she also stated that work has been done to promote female leaders in the organization and that it has been possible to increase the participation of women at the senior management level to 50 percent .
